A non-refundable retainer of 20% is required to secure all bookings and will be applied toward your total session cost. Clients may reschedule one time with at least 24 hours notice. Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will require a new retainer to book a new date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, as well as no-shows, will result in the loss of the retainer and may require full payment before booking any future sessions. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. By booking, you agree to these terms.
